The Consumer Code for Homebuilders is kicking off 2024 with some free training to help those interested in understanding the revised code.
The code, of which Premier Guarantee are a founding member, was developed by the home-building industry to make the home buying process fairer and more transparent for purchasers.
The revised fifth edition of the code was effective from the 1 January 2024.
The updated code builds on over a decade of effective consumer protection and has been revised in order to:

The training will be in the form of two free webinars focusing on:
CCHB training lead, Peter Stonely, will be providing a full overview of the code’s requirements and CEO, Carol Brady, will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.
The 'What’s New?' session is on Thursday 11 January between 12-1pm.
The 'Train the Trainer' will take place between 10am-12:30pm on Monday 15 January.
