Their best practice advice always helps improve projects from a time and budget perspective, it’s always good to have an external view of a project.  

Challenges resolved 

There were no major challenges out with the norm at Muirhouse. The Premier Guarantee Surveyor helped guide the onsite management in good practice. The construction programme drives key dates and ultimately productivity onsite. Premier Guarantee were on board at critical times to carry out their inspections and to give advice.

Completed build

We have always and will always maintain a high standard of product and its good to know that Premier Guarantee and their Surveyors are there as a secondary, independent check. The 64 homes in Muirhouse Phase 2 have been successfully handed over with all parties being happy.
