This week is National Apprenticeship Week and its theme is “Build the Future”. Premier Guarantee is proud to be building that future by training the next generation of surveyors and support staff, roles vital to the future success of the housebuilding industry.
But what does an apprenticeship or training programme with Premier Guarantee entail? And how do the programmes work?
First, we asked Freya Ferguson, apprentice Learning and Development Assistant, to tell us in her own words what the apprentice programme opportunity meant for her and how it helped her transition from her Covid-affected education to the world of work.
