“This was and is one of the first projects assigned to me as RMS. I am only in my third month with Premier Guarantee and this is the first time the newly formed client First Endeavour Llp has used PG. The project is social housing comprising of 63 units in three blocks, a terraced two storey and two blocks of four-storey apartments. The project is at an early stage with all foundations poured, substructure to DPC level with common area steelwork under construction.
"The Site Manager, Kris Paniczek, is very cooperative and has a good team of sub-contractors who work well and as a team The standard of workmanship so far easily meets requirements.
"Project Manager Eric Studzinski is also very cooperative and always on hand if required. This may be the first contract between Premier Guarantee and First Endeavour but I'm sure it won't be the last.”
