“I have been involved with this building for over four years now since joining Premier Guarantee, now coming to the end with many residents having moved in. It is the highest residential tower in Europe at 75 storeys with a communal roof terrace on floor 75 with live planted walls, open roof for fresh air with fabulous views across London in all directions.
"A very well installed curtain wall façade system reviewed by our external consultant also, two amenity floors with misted tropical plants, seating areas, meeting room, industrial kitchen for hire, games room and the highest gym in London on Floor 56.
"It has been very interesting inspecting all along and hopefully now with HSB on board, we should be able to secure more projects like this with new skyscrapers in Canary Wharf due to get underway in the near future.”
