I have spoken with plumbers who are testing every single soil vent pipe, putting stickers with their names on the pipe. I have spoken with ground workers who ask me about access requirements to make proper paving and routes to the house, so I open the Approved Document M, and quote them the required ramp falls and size of landing. They delay construction of the house (scaffolding) to not hinder the forklift operations. They are very considerate and engaging.”
