"This project is memorable for me as it is a single phase of eight within a 30-year regeneration of Woodberry Down. It is a complex development with a mix of high rise, commercial and modular buildings, and all the buildings have different cladding systems which has made reviewing intricate. The design team on site are led by Alastair Scott-Dalgleish. Alastair has a good attitude and works well with Premier Guarantee to complete the audit and ensure that all workmanship is carried out to a satisfactory standard. I am now working with Alastair on Phase 3 and I am looking forward to working with the Woodberry Down design and site team.”
