At each key stage and sign off we provide instant electronic reports and feedback, recording an audit trail which will be given as proof on completion.

Once an application is made we will let you know what additional information is required and any issues there may be with the design.
If you make an application and are imminently starting onsite, we will accelerate the plan checking of your application.
Once site works have started, we work with you and inspect on a regular planned basis so the certification and build process progress smoothly.
On passing your final inspections, your Certificate of Insurance and building control certificate is released.
