In a fast-moving and busy build process, it is easy for site evaluations to go by the wayside.

Our Site Quality Reviews (SQR) act as a timely service of your site, providing comprehensive feedback to ensure that your high standards are being met.

With the help of our industry-renowned Technical Manual and 25 years of industry expertise, our SQRs are key to improving workmanship and site practices.

How long will it last?

It can typically last up to four hours.

How does an SQR differ from a regular inspection?

We help customers build quality new homes and buildings through quality scores given via our site inspection process. Separately, the Site Quality Review provides a much deeper dive into a wider range of site-based practices and is not restricted to any one inspection stage.

If you are an existing customer, we can use our experience of working with you to fine-tune a Site Quality Review so that you gain maximum benefit from our site auditor’s findings.

What does the Site Quality Review report contain?

Following our site visit and using extensive photographic evidence, our Site Quality Review auditor will consider and assess up to 67 construction areas across 11 inspection sections, depending on what is available on the day.

Each construction detail is scored using five categories: Very Good, Good, Industry Standard, Poor and Very Poor. For each of the inspection areas, construction details will also be logged as Merits or Demerits. An Executive Summary will provide a detailed overview of the site.

“We can tailor its scope to best fit the customer’s needs”

Liam Devaney, Managing Director of Premier Guarantee’s warranty inspection services, said SQR’s goal reinforced the company’s aim to help raise standards in construction and help customers build new homes and properties worthy of industry recognition.

“We already support customers by providing quality scores from every inspection, and they can track progress in their online customer portal,” he said.

“The SQR on the other hand is a deep dive into the specifics of the site. We can tailor its scope to best fit the customer’s needs and the results can be used to share good practice at other or future sites, and bring improvements to avoid defects arising during construction works.”
